    The good thingsThe company is backed by the state government agency even though not productive nor profitable.
    The challengesHeavily rely on staff with no direct support from the management. Management have to be accountable.

    The good thingsI have different knowledge , and need more talking with another person . My work have to filling documents and finding the issue problem . And I need to checking the product when production want to proceed .
    The challengesWhen I need to follow production plan schedule but another side not to give me a good feedback and dont working together . Sometimes if not my false , someone told that's is my false . Dont have a good discussion can make it some problems.
