    The good thingsthey has a very good team work. they make sure no one left behind especially when reach to KPI target. They also gave me full guideline for the new task given to me.
    The challengesSometimes i did not have any work to do. They should make an job scope for internship student rather than we just sat down waiting for task.

    The Best Teamwork
    The good thingsThey have the strong relationship between their teams. it makes all the decision in some meeting went well. They know how to address if someone is doing bad and try to improve their work together to become a better and great team.
    The challengesThey have to strongly believe that changes also can made a big success in a team. It doesnt mean that you have to stick with the old ways. Sometimes, new idea and new person makes the company more brand new and stable.

    The good thingsI enjoy my practical live at here. All the staff help the student very well. They bring the student to the site and experience all the site visit.
    The challengesWhen there alot of drawing that i have to finish withing 2 weeks even do the date line was end of next month but it make us dicipline to finish our job before the date line.

    Good working environment with a super friendly collegues and its Allow me to experience a lot of things especially in managing the land under PKNS itself that located all around Selangor by updating the taxes, and keep in touch with the tenant about payin
    The good thingsPKNS are really taking a good care to their employees even the trainee. They provided the needs as much as possible in order to make us as a trainee feel more comfortable working together with other employees. Besides that, the employees are really friendly and willing to help if i have any problems regarding on the works provided and i really had a good experience working the in my whole training period.
    The challengesThe challenges that i faced in working with PKNS is that when we are collecting the rental from tenant especially the tenant that use our land that located far from head office in Shah Alam. Other than that, the number of land owned by PKNS is higher but they do not have enough employee to handle all the land. So, it quite stressing me out when problems like collecting land rental and transferring property happen because we have to check the file one by one.

    The good thingsThe surrounding in the entire organizations was totally friendly either from top management until low management. For the department part, my manager did a very good job to give me a challenging task from different tasks to give me new knowledge about the business that runs by the organization.

    The good thingsThe seniors and supervisor teach me on how to do a task specifically. The company located around the shopping mall and it is easy to find restaurant around the company's office. In addition, the company also located near my house. So it is easy for me to go there.
    The challengesA lot of tasks given are not competence with my studies. Hence, I have to learn and do the task as fast as I can.

    The office mates who willing to teach a new comer internship student.
    The good thingsA manager is a person who loves to see her internship student to get as much as knowledge in the particular field during their working time in PKNS. Credit is given to the office mates who willing to teach and comfort the newcomers with working environment.
    The challengesIn term of tasks which I can conclude it is very few and basically it does not really help for the internship student to enhance their knowledge and skills in the particular field, they are working at the moment.
