The period given to develop the marketing & sales team was shortened because the shareholders changed their headway. The team really had the passion but we sometimes do not get what we want. That is part of working life experience that is just do your verThe good thingsThe shareholders initially had a vision of developing the business into a dynamic and progressive mode so the efforts made by top management were appreciated and supported. The industry is a tough one so the shareholders needed to change their headway. I congratulate the shareholders for their fine and kind intentions but survival is always important for everyone.
The challengesI believe if there is a challenge it will be the mentality of the production team which can be improved if there were told or exposed to the current situations in the challenging industry. The importance of business survival on having a good marketing & sales strategies is to be consistently emphasized to the shareholders and others in the top management.
