    The pettiest company I have worked ever
    The good thingsNothing is good, we can only enjoy eating staff meals at all of the chain restaurants that this company owned.
    The challengesThe company shut down after 1 year of Covid outbreak, couldn't survive further and bosses abandoned the business without giving us any notice. The company still owes us EPF contribution for 2021 :( Challenges: Working alone in the department with minimal guidance. Budget constraints, the company counts each and every cent, and employees got no flexibility to take ownership of their job.

    Avoid blandness, make a brief but interesting point, don’t try to say too much, and use keywords when possible.
    The good thingsThe great team working together and the more challenging challenges allow me to experience and learn different aspects.
    The challengesWe tend to get caught in the ‘same-think’ rut. We approach problems over and over from the same perspective, then wonder why we fail to solve them.
