    The good thingsVery supportive Supply Chain Manager. You cant find someone with vast experience, well educated but very low profile.
    The challengesStock control without erp system and monthly stock count. You can find hundreds employees working here for more than 10 years with low salary and no increment as well as no bonus.

    The good thingsAll the departments and process flow are related to the studies in university. A wide range of knowledge available to me and its relevance to my field studies. I am confident that this company is the right stepping stone for further developing skills in regards to this industry
    The challengesNeed to have high resistance physically and mentally. Working outdoor for most of the time. Handle different personality of different workers in our own ways.
