Overall it was quite a experienced journey through out my time spend in sem matic companyThe good thingsOne kf the best advantages of working for this company is that staff and employees here are very friend and taughtful when i just started working here, which really make me felt like a part of them as a big family. The safety of our employees are also a big concern so all of the safety precaution are cleary lable for example, the emergency exit point and lot of fire extinguisher are all over the places. Another good things is that a comfortable environment are provided for us in our lunch time which equipment like table tenis and basketball court.
The challengesMany of the equipment and machines used are quite advanced so it took me some time for me to get used to the technology. Some occasions there will be a lot of order coming in so it really required my group to work hard in order to keep up the pace of submission dateline, but overall it was worth it.
To conclude, sem matic company are growing and developing rapidly so something it will be stress but it is completely normal in such big company and it is good thing.
