Huge Learning Curve and Supportive Superior
The good thingsI learned a lot from here with proper guidance from my superior and MDO. Colleagues are helpful and occasionally entertaining. Higher management are particular but thats understandable and a very good traits to have when choosing to work with an employer.
The challengesThere are almost none. Except maybe they can improve their benefits and leave.

    Management Direction
The good thingsIt make the middle management to work closer together to get things done as the top management don't have direction for the company. Or hidden agenda.
The challengesTop management tend to hide true agenda from the rest of the team. Refuse to acknowledge company position and take advice from the ground team on improvement. Top management has no trust and interaction with middle management.
