The challengesBasically the job is more like Outlet Manager or Area Manager rather than being a true food technologist. Need to control the Kitchen Helper and cover for them if they are absent. At the same time, need to control the cleanliness. Need to control the stock, sometimes need to count them when supervisor were not around. Need to try hard for the management to understand your job. Your role is actually a food technologist but somehow need to manage Halal matters even they had Halal Exec at HQ.
