    The good thingsGood team work among the staff creating good working environment. Problem is always there but willingness to support each other had help a lot to solve the problem effectively.
    The challengesMost of the direct staff is foreigner and communication always become challenging especially when we need to explain or talk about technical thing. High customer demand on quality and delivery also a bit challenging since we need to always ensure our direct staff able to understand the requirement and up to date on the new demand.

    My time in the industry
    The good thingsI learnt a lot of things. Team work. Leadership. Management. Not forgetting the inner works of a motorcycle and the raw materials needed to create these parts. I learnt also to mingle with international workers which to me, taught me a lot about their culture.
    The challengesAs I learnt on the job, I had to pick things up as quick as I could. Every day was a new learning curve for me. It really exposed me to parts and information of the working world that I would not and might not have learnt if I did not cross this bridge.
