    Good for fresh graduates to build up experience and challenge your self but it is not recommended in the long run.
    The good thingsSupportive team member and has good facilities due to it owning a mall.
    The challengesThe management is reluctant to support career growth and is willing to find new employees rather than grow the existing employees. This is how they can pay a minimal salary. The management is likely to transfer the existing employees to change departments even do their backgrounds are not suitable.
