    Beginning bosses are awesome after that they squeeze you n make you a dummy to run around and do all odd jobs. Pay you peanuts!! No punctuality n no system in d company.
    The good thingsI learned about glass n aluminium. More knowledgeable on the varieties of product. I also got to witness How customers were cheated with the product. Sad. No say! They made me realise that I should never do extra miles beyond my position. Took advantage! I met a lot of customers, from different wavelength.
    The challengesAssemblying workers to prepare for onsite job. No punctuality. Had to to do my professional customer representative job as at times not able to meet the customers promised dates for installation.

    The good things1. Environment working is friendly, helpfully, happy always 2. Good leader and good team works 3. Many good benefits 4. Learn what we dont know and the team always support and share 5. Help each other and respect each others
    The challengesThe challenges is we always want to improve , improve and improve our self to more better . Because I have a good leader. So my leader always help me . So I think a little bit challenges only . So I enjoy and happy

    Great place to learn about glass and aluminium
    The good thingsA lot of responsibility and a lot of senior to learn from them.. Too many management level sometimes make me difficult to get along.
    The challengesMost of the worker are chinnesse. A lot of misunderstanding occur. Mostly the staff talk in mandarin and i cannot understand what they talk about
