2)Management having politics issue and will sabotage employee to force them resign , accuse employee of an unfounded mistake or against company rules .Unethical behavior by management to force employees out.
3)Tasks are assigned unexpectedly, leading to blame for mishandling urgent work.
4)Poor Leadership led into an internal communication breakdowns.
5)Unlimited Adhocs lead to unhealthy work life imbalance , need to work overtime very frequently. Frequent overtime and excessive ad hoc tasks disrupt work-life balance.
