    The good thingsColleagues are good, always have events between department.
    The challengesVery slow paced company. Everything still manual work (paperwork). Don't expect for career progression at this place. Sometimes public holiday require to work as they have their own calendar. Company lack of vision and mission, all must follow Japan instruction. When to improve? Think twice before enter

    I learn to use many lab machines to check the quality of the company product.
    The good thingsBefore we start working, every morning we had a briefing to brief or explain if there are any problem during your working time and its more like sharing session. I love it.
    The challengesIt have a lot of things to be explored and learn in this company but the internship only take 3 months. Instead of having 3 months of internship, we should have about 6 months of internship.

    The good thingsEnvironment like a family, everything has SOP, well known brand across the world, good benefit to employees. Now the management lead by new generation, can see better changes towards future.

    Obvious favouritism shown by direct superior
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues. Higher management cared for my well-being. Colleagues are very helpful and give advice.
    The challengesDirect superior is the problem. Can be seen showing obvious favouritism to some staff, badmouth about people frequently, practices micromanagement.
