    Sensata is like working at home
    The good thingsWorking in Sensata is like doing hobbies. There is no protocol, you can mix around with any person, you can wear t-shirt to come to work and everyone is like family. Furthermore, you don't have to go through multiple approval loop to get things done.
    The challengesCost control might be a small challenge, however the management knows how to handle this issue smoothly.

    The good thingsFlexi working hours. Contractual bonus. Casual workwear. Housing/car loan subsidies.
    The challengesManagement direction keep on changing. Organization structure keep on shifting. Every department blaming on others department. No salary increment for 2019, seem like the same for 2020. Top exec at corporate level however getting all the perks.

    The good thingsThe opportunity to expand skills and knowledge for internship or junior position. This make me highly motivated and can easily adapt with new situation. Teach how to work under pressure how to be a fast learner and independent and very committed with the work or tasks given. The opportunity to work hard, gain experience and meet new people in a platform with great culture and benefits is at here.

    The good thingsFun@Work. Too many interesting activity will be held by Sensata and I love it. They celebrated all the festival there and no excuses. Respect of other religion. Mostly happening there is teamwork.

    The good things1. Strong bond of teamwork within project team 2. Flexible working hours 3. Mixture of local and international team members for each projects. 4. Chance to travel overseas 5. Make friends from other country (sister company).
    The challenges1. Long working hours due to pressure to get works done as per schedule. Schedule should be realisticly planned based on past experienced but normally we have to over commit just to fet the project and deliver on time. 2. Too high expectation on work commitment for each engineer. We are expected to be availble 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. 3. Lack of work and life balance
