I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their personal time and mental well-being. The relentless demands and disregard for employees' rest and recovery time make it an unhealthy work environment
The good thingsNothing. Pay also average.
The challengesEverything. All the work load including those which is not under your job scope will be pushed onto you

The challengesNothing to much just they have many site project and it take time to go 1 site to another.
