    Its has good part , small great part but equally bad that can give challenges

    The challengesThe inadequacy of management to start entrusting safety for all worker . Late pay check all level of worker . No training its staff especially technical people even require by the government .

    The works are not systematically divided, some assistant ranger have to make zookeeper works. Tools for working mostly damaged and not newly replaced, so staffs had to make diy tools using the items available around to make their daily task.
    The good thingsThe collegues are friendly, especially at the Forest Land and Bird Aviary district. Handling bird show is fun and i personally like to work at the Bird Aviary the most. Stress relieved when you look at the cute animals.
    The challengesAs a zookeeper, i had to carry heavy things, clean animals droppings, and clean the exhibits. So being zookeeper have to be tough and enjoy.

    The good thingsas purchasing, u may gain more experience since sentoria divide in several different sector, new challenge with new item to be purchase with difference supplier/contractor. the manager will guide u until success. working environment so nice, helpful staff and team work. as human resource person, help to build new staff new employee in the company. the benefit quit standard.
