    The good thingsThere will be a lot of maintenance activities that will give each employee an opportunity to learn new things and knowledge. Being in this company for 3 month will give you an opportunity equal years of working with the other MRO company. You will be involved with a lot of maintenance activities from a simple general inspection to a complex tasks such as modification or engine/landing gear change.
    The challengesThe pressure in getting the job done in the given period can be a great way to learn on how to manage your work and your time. This will make you want to work more harder, more unite with your teammates and being creative in order to get the work done.

    The good thingsThe good things is this company is the world wide company. We are MRO under AIRBUS company for East Asia Region. A lot of approval from out side authority that SAE have from CAAS (Singapore) DCA (Malaysia) DGCA (Indonesia) EASA (Europe) IDGCA (India) DCA Thailand and many more. Sae are doing the maintenance, repair and overhaul for aircraft type like Airbus A320, Airbus Neo, ATR-72, ATR-52, Boeing 734, Airbus 4ooM. Sae also supply the manpower support for Airbus A380 to Malaysia Airlines Berhad. Many more good things to share. Our company now are keep growing up to the high level.
