    A Good Company To Work At
    The good thingsI enjoyed my time working at Sephora due to the fun environment and I feel my employers took good care of me during my time at Sephora.
    The challengesThough the environment was fun, it could sometimes be an environment full of judgement and hostility created by my peers. All in all; it was a good experience working there.

    The company is good but not the job.
    The good thingsBig company with great staff benefit. Free product every 3 months. Monthly training provided. Commission, Allowance. EPF, socso, insurance, flexi claim, uniform.
    The challengesRetail and shift. Too much night shift or O.T. Uncertain day off. Everyday different shift. No Public Holiday or weekend off. MULTI TASKING. A lot of rules and regulations. Must achieved all target given, focus, duties and responsibilities. Over work load. Prepare own massage chair at home cause you going to stand whole day during your working hours.

    A really challenging yet satisfying job if you're into beauty!
    The good thingsThe salary and benefits are all good, it gives plenty of opportunities for u to grow and learn. The management appreciates all the staff's hard work and it's really rewarding! The company also provide an attendant allowance, Flexi benefits and product claim monthly and quarterly!
    The challengesThe sales target is too high and the job sometimes gets really exhausting too. Do filter problem staff before hiring as it helps to reduce store/office conflicts between co-workers and it improves customer experience.

    The good thingsThe good things in this company is i can improve my product knowledge because i your knowledge is not good can't convince your customer to buy this product , and if u know more product knowledge u can recommend your customer the product that best suits the customer's skin..

You have to remember the product main ingrediant and application skill to teach your customers how to use ... Serve your customer top to toe , make sure your customer understanding the product how to use and how it work to make your customer pretty..
