    The good thingsGood experience growth in field, working hours are fixed, overtime provided. Team oriented, but there's chances to prove yourself in a solo environment. OGSP, CIDB etc. is company covered depending on job entailed. Safety equipment also provided, if not provided there is reimbursement.
    The challengesPay is lower than median, even for entry level and executive level. Management is more reactive than proactive. Career and skill growth can reach cap with little or confusing ways to expand on job potential. Quite stressful working environment especially during holiday season and turnaround/shutdown period.
