    The good thingsSurroundings and my colleagues.
    The challengesWorking without supervisions, help in making good and fast decisions. My role is in-charge in HQ and site also, 3 days on site, 2 days in HQ. Help me in time management a lot. Have to manage from the site people and also the managerial level.
