I gained valuable teaching experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. However, the role came with a heavy workload and a steep learning curve, particularly for new staff. Communication challenges and occasional misalignment among departments sometimes impacted efficiency. Despite these obstacles, I remained committed to delivering quality education and supporting my students to the best of my ability.

It's a great place to work with supportive employer and caring staffs. Love the working environment and the joy of teaching the children.
The good thingsEmployer always brings out the best of you. On going training is a great platform to equip yourselves and boost your self confidence in teaching. The staffs work very well together harmoniously. The challenges ahead are made easy because the management constantly provide their guidance and support to reach out.
The challengesYou will have to be fast paced because it's growing in number and there is a of skills need to pick up.
