    Poor Management arrangement, tamak dalam segi kuasa dan arahan berlapit, Tiada kerjasama dalam pasukan, Kedekut ilmu dalam mengajar, atas alasan dlu saya susah juga nk belajar kne belajar sendiri. Management suke jerit2, hadap di hormati, tetapi ia tidak menghormati pekerja. Weak management arrangement for work, not clearly. No motivation of work and argue. Poor management in manage client Call back. Miscommunication with team.

    The challengesNeed to travel until bukit beruntung, klang, seangkatan klang valley hujung2 dunia lah. pagi2 kne checkin office dlu.

    New Future in Sernta
    The good things-good salary -have experience professional for Technician -more benefits in future -have own teknology -can become a big company of elevator -new warehouse at other countries in future -in progress to make quality of elevator & strong Team, more man power of Technician Maintenance, Repairing Team, Installation Team & Testing Team
    The challenges-Bad Management Team, Boss not trust own staff & how to clients to trust your company, always feel only winning at all situation, just use easy way to blame or resign your own staff to settle the problem -not enough Man Power, very2 small team only 13persons, new clients not trust us -mix Team Department & not follow jobs scope -no stock of spareparts but just always think that is Technician problem not for management, this can became more problem & make delay repairing work, then had bad thinking from customers, must have purchase Team to control this & no delay -need to built-up your team like a Tree need to be strong start from roots to make a quality & quantity of good fruit -start now & future no need to take bad action to your staff if have some problem, its not helpful to your company but you need buit up your strong Team, support them, make them happy & feel more benefits with this company -also need to built strong man power car reduce problem & reduce time of delay break down, this can make people around the world trust your team then trust your company, then easy to win new project start from below 10th floors of quality elevator & become more & more strong team with professional experience staff Team -maybe in future have other branches warehouse in other countries to save cost & more easy to get spare parts -Other suggestions are need to upgrade for more quality are:- 1) HOP wire need built of machine are more quality, at the same time can reduce time to do Testing work, same to all connector of main board already have set or end rubber printed label are more easy to do testing work & more easy to check the wire during trouble shoot of repair 2) some broken electronic, or electrical part can have shorting current then can damage the board, so need to uprade some safety device like a put additional fuse or additional breaker that mybe can damage the board to make sure the boards are safety if any damage electronic or electric parts, this can reduce the breakdown, & more easy to do repairs work & know the problem 3) need quality of photo switch sensor because easy to broken & most cause of break down

    The good thingsenjoy the day in servicing with partner.
    The challengesthe company dont have many technician. so you have go south,north west, east and many site to doing servicing. everyday mostly around 200-300 km you need ride motor and your bontot can cramp.
