To improve management attitude.The good thingsI believe Servcorp offer quite a high salary for their employees and a pleasant working environment. They also train and develop on the employees soft skills when communicating with client.
The challengesMy personal opinion is the management should know how to do a proper hiring which means "Employee's experience" meets "Employer's expectation". I believe you should not expect an employee who has zero background in Secretary to master all the task in a short term and provoke them to leave the company. Employee join a company is to learn, expertise and develop their skills to contribute to the company itself. Perhaps, these people are not good leaders after all.
