The good thingsThe Management has given me a lot of room to grow. Career enhancement is supported. I am who I am because of their guidance and constant constructive feedback.

The challengesI wish the team (especially the revenue-generating departments) would work harder to improve the overall performance of the company and to make the company very profitable this year, despite the economic challenge.

My Second Home

The good thingsThis is a small based company that distribute medical equipments that being very competitive with the big players. Along the process I have learned from researching on a potential products to be sold here, purchased it and actually selling it. Make me feel like I am the Boss of the company. Great experience, great environment and great teamwork.

The challengesAs this is a small company, but it has been around for quite some time, we do have a big competition against the big players hence more product introductions and demonstrations needed to win end users heart. Challenge Accepted!!
