    Took u everyday to OT to resolve site issues but STILL remain bottomless
    The good thingsChallenging, you had to figure a way to resolve site issues by yourself without assistance
    The challengesHOD will not gv u answer to resolve the issues, u must figure by yourself, self motivation to encourage yourself OT, claimable following month with limited amount

    Not good, very traditional
    The good thingsColleagues are good and most of them are friendly, environment okok, if you want a stable job then it’s ok
    The challengesExpect you to OT even though there is nothing to do, very outdated way of getting work done, higher ups don’t listen to the lower’s opinions, low productivity and efficiency, expect non-permanent staff to do all the work, no work life balance at all, some of them talk behind you if you leave work ON TIME (they expect everyone to OT even if you have nothing to do, they OT to watch entertainment), not a good company if you prefer the modern way of working environment

    The challengesTonne of workload, do everything including the resigned staff unfinish task without any information and handling over note. The project team expected you know everything and expected you do finished the job. The filing system very bad, everything to find in the store room and the store room = staircase area. Tonne of dusk

    The challengesBad management. Relationship between department is terrible. Hard to get info u want from other department especially finance department. You are on your own feet. Tonnes of work load and everything they will ask qs to do.

    The challenges24 hours on call, they created more than 10 whatsaap group, and the bosses will call u even on the midnight. Now, this company only looking for single young men or woman to work as they required to work until 10pm and the bosses are not honest. They did not disclose their payable mileage claim to their employee.
