    The good thingsShift allowances OT Double pay during Public Holidays Friendly staff Positive enviroment Training was held in UK (3 months full sponsored course)
    The challengesHandling International customer was tough furthermore it was 24*7 shift At times shipment does not arrive on time and no compensation was provided by management and it is difficult to console the customers.HR management is quite bad especially when it comes to OT claim.
