    The good thingsGood working culture & great learning opportunities as the company is still young and there're a lot of space for career development and many thg to learn as the pioneer in many new aspects.
    The challengesSystem development that caused a lot of errors which lead to manual works. Shortage of manpower often lead to high work load and stressful mind. Being patient and self-stress management is needed and mindset has to be firm on what u r after for your career.

    Unorganized and did not provide proper training
    The good thingsCorporate culture quite nice. Nice environment and relationship cross department. But this not really happen much in operation department.
    The challengesTask given have to do more research and analysis before proceed it. Lots of reports have to prepare and challenging when deal with overseas.
