Internship for 6 monthsThe good thingsThe colleagues and staffs are very nice. They will help you if you need any help. They also guide me very well and as detail as possible. At SG, you seldom need to work OT unless rushing for production of medicines (production line is not 24 hrs).
The challengesThe company considered small in size. The staffs there are just enough for the works there are already exist. So any sudden incident will be challenging as they dont have extra people to handle. You need to know how to speak in Malay and Hokkien as there are some uncles aunties who work there long time ago. So speak their native language can improve the relation with them.
