The good thingsVery good environment, friendly and helpful colleagues. Good benefits
The challengesAs an introvert, I don’t like to join company activities which this company offers. But if you’re a happy go lucky person, you’d like it as there are company trip, sports day, department outing and many more events and internal activities.

place for you to learn and grow
The good thingsSG has a very good support system, dynamic and very lively working environment. It is a good place for you to learn and grow your career. You have an equal chance to develop yourself in this business. So you don't have to be afraid to express your capability for company's growth.
The challengesCommunication barrier. SG is a multinational company that require you to be able to communicate in English fluently. However good communication skills of your own mother tongue is essential as well. Bad days and the challenges may be struggling now but it will not last forever as a great team will make it trough it all.

    Fast paced and employee centric.
The good thingsI would say the platform given to a staff to implement the things and change is given. Quite optimistic on changes after providing the explanation. Veterans in the company are quite resistant to change though, however, the number of new ppl is more, hence you will manage. :) Nevertheless, it also depends on the department you work.
The challengesit can be tough to find people to relate as they can be cliques hence you will struggle. If you can be on your own and don't really mingle. This is the place for you.

    Best Contact Centre
The good thingsI learned a lot about communicating with customers and various training given to support my career development in the field of Customer Service.
The challengesChallenges were the curve of learning to understand the many type of people to spoken on the phone. Excelled through and driven by the commissions set by company. Overall, very well worked the whole team.

Friendly environment, great exposure to NGOs in Malaysia
The good thingsA really great place to work if you wish to meet very happy go lucky colleagues, fun bosses and amazing donors! I have never expected to have fun in a contact center department but this place has changed my thought on that. Always have target to achieved and will get appreciation from boss. very bearable work load. I enjoy it here!
The challengesSalary is not as much as other places, but it could be because the workload is not really burdening, and working hour is all right, so acceptable.

Good Exposure to NGOs, Work-Life Balance Company
The good thingsDespite the traditionally-fixed working hours, speaking as a designer, this company definitely allows you to have work-life balance. Of course, this is unlike the advertising firms out there, so there's a dress code to follow and rules to stick to. Yet, overall, if you need to find your passion back after being destroyed by the creatives firms outside, this is a good place that you'll have good moments with. Your voice will be heard, opinions will be listened.
The challengesQuestions are not entertained by colleagues in the creative team.(yes, this happens. you might be isolated and not be able to voice out since those people work there longer than you do). Yet, the supervisor will listen to you and he's there to help you out. Advice: Just be brave to voice your inner thoughts out, even if your team mates are giving you tough times. Afterall, they aren't your supervisors.
