    The challengestoo many paperworks that effect the collection your idea/tought will abandon its hard to get commission since all recovery accounts will carried out until account terminate lower increment about 5% only lower bonuses even KPI is outstanding will take care same accounts and no rotation will take accounts of resign staff until get new replacement most of collegue selfish and will do anything to get advance payment
