    The good thingsLearn how to conduct audit properly according to accounting and auditing standards. Friendly colleagues. Fair salary increment and bonus. Superiors willing to teach.

    The good thingsFair increment every year. Receive bonus twice a year. A lot of great colleagues who are helpful and polite. Learn a lot of audit knowledge
    The challengesThe only challenge I would say is peak period. But this is every audit firm goes through which is a norm. The firm does pays for high OT hours.

    Great working environment and Good Benefits
    The good thingsBonus Every Year. Five working days. Entitled all public holiday. increment every year. Have Company trip but its depend. All the staff are friendly willing to help each other. Good in working environment. Gain more knowledge and experience. Also provide training to staff every year to update the knowledge for all the government changes information.
    The challengesLong working hours. Adhoc job received from manager that quite difficult to solve. Need take long time to think and solve.

    Enjoy in work but stress
    The good thingsHave Friendly staff, and good environment. Have a lot of activities can let all the staff enjoy and know more each others, such as Christmas party, Hari Raya potluck, company trip and so on. Management kind but also little awkward.
    The challengesMaybe management can try to hire more people to manage all the staff.
