    The good things- Learn a lot, u can learn knowledge from different issues - Partners really high quality, experienced people, you can learn a lot from them - Good manager, help you a lot when u had problem. - Friendly environment
    The challenges- handle many cases - insufficient senior level - Sometimes partner only care about finish the case asap, they don't care about you can handle or not - Poor Management - Lack of communication between staff and partner - Teammate is not very united although they are friendly - Current salary and benefit may not enough to motivate team spirit
