    The good thingsStaff wellfare is good. Working hours are reasonable. Working environment is fun.
    The challengesBiggest challenges is that task given is not relevant with job scope. Double standard between departments, where people who dont contribute much to the company get rewarded more.

    The good thingsGood local top management team which works hand in hand to make any business decision. The premise of the office is also very comfortable and welcoming. Working hours are reasonable with occasional request to work longer than usual hours, which is pretty much okay considering the work load and lack of manpower. Office operates in open and warm environment with minimal politic on the top management.
    The challengesThe involvement of international head office, and recent changes of president or interim president is not handle properly. A lot of confusion and changes in management style creates an environmental lacking of direction and confidence to both internal and external parties. Human resource department is slow and unreliable, not much work is done in protecting any interest of any employee of the company.

    The good thingsTo witness the life changing process of others getting second chance in life regardless it's lifestyle or health. To see others found hope through meetings and trainings and able to build their confidence to achieve their dreams and letting them know that nothing is impossible as everything is just mindset. To able to learn new things and explore own potential and ability.
    The challengesChange of management wasn't done appropriately which create a lot of insecurity and disappointment for employee and distributors. The feeling is like there's no future direction and everything is in a mess. Too many top management and no same direction which creates too much protocol that's not helping to build the business but creates a lot of frustrations. HR isn't doing their role.
