    The good thingsThe welcoming environment. Colleagues are good, kind and helpful. Management. The management cares about its employees.
    The challengesThis company in order chasing deadline and meet client requirement, maintain their KPI. Fast decision making to solve the problem in construction.

    Good for getting experience with the Management
    The good thingsFrom day to day has new tasks to learn for getting new experience. Can see changes so far. They are trying to improve. The company is taking care their staffs. In an effort to mitigate the spread of all viruses, including COVID-19, and also the staff commitments, the Company are providing everyone with the small gift to show that they are care about our staff. HR and Admin also can see improve with fast respond and very helpful.
    The challengesMany process is very strict and many steps and layers. However, I don't find it a problem.

    Very good working environment and helpful colleagues
    The good thingsEmployees have a strong voice which is listened to by management. Employees are well taken care. Good medical benefits with dental & health screening. Flexi benefits to be used for other things such as personal insurance and etc. Company take care its staff during the FMCO very well
    The challengesSo far I have not face any challenge but for sure is the rule here is very strict compare to my previous company.

    More than meets the eye...
    The good thingsa) Great entrance ads. b) Great numeration and perks. c) Multiple opinions are non-existence. d) Clean office and operation environments.
    The challengesa) Minimally must have exposures in foreign national's norm, otherwise most likely to face unpleasant working experience. b) Connections with someone in higher management. c) Conditions are the opposite of what being introduced earlier.
