    Everything is okay except the salary because of the service charge system which fluctuates according to the hotel's business. Although this only applied for lower level employees.
    The good thingsThey like to give training and their spirits to give meticulous, warm and also great service to the guests. The high service standard the company has set is something that i can be proud of. The employees will give everything that they can to deliver what the guests want.
    The challengesThe fluctuated service charge. The uncertainty of how much you will earn does not provide that safety or that security feeling of your financial. Again, this only applied to lower levels, besides im working in a department that does not have any opportunity to gain additional income. Other departments have incentives program and tips. If you are young and don't have any responsibility, working here will give you the experience needed.
