    Lack Of Development and Benefit
The good thingsThe good thing is a good relationship with colleagues and possible work-life balance, depending on your role and job duty.
The challengesLack of development in terms of technology. And the management is not respecting to the staff. Doing a project, instruction is given by the management. If the result is failed, everyone is possible to blamed.

Aggressive Growth Company, with super tight budget.
The good thingsThe company were willing to support any new ideas, provided is within the rules and the budget. A lot of free snacks and soft drinks! Can learn a lot of investment-related products.
The challengesCompany target is very hard to hit, you will be expected to deliver performance out of the air. Example, you will be expected to hit the target by selling a product that no one able to sell and hit the target from the previous entire history of the company. Technically you will be expected to work without a clear guide from the past.

    Normal job but comfortable style
The good thingsNothing much expectation in the job scope. But all the bosses here are very nice person, they won't give much pressure to you and can be hang around. The office will supply varies of snacks and drinks every month and sometimes you get the turns to go shopping using company's budget. Kinda relax depends on how you think.
The challengesVery limited parking lots and cost $$. You will have no parking if you arrive late. There is no restaurant around you for lunch unless you drive outside or bring lunchbox for yourself. Overall the office location is not ideal. Usually your task given has very limited timeline and do expect many changes afterward. Salary & increment is so so. The management should provide investment training / product training to all their staff so that the chance of your staffs can help to spread the goods of your co's product is higher.

    Good place to gain experience
The good thingsIt's a small company, hence you'll be expected know learn everything. There will be plenty of things to do besides you own job scope, and you expects plenty of hands-on.
The challengesDifficult to cope because you will do more than your own job scope but if you are the type which are eager to learn more things to gain more experience than this is the right place for you.
