    Do not work there unless if there's no other choices
    The good thingsHigher Employer Contribution in KWSP, Employer also very efficient to do activities that could be claimed using government fund or any activities that can get tax exemption.
    The challengesKPI and job scope is not clear, unfair and only selected person can get good yearly increment.

    Company with good brand name but poor management
    The good things1) Friendly and supportive colleagues 2) Some managers are really helpful (depending on which department/group) 3) Ample of parking lot 4) Few years ago under Japanese management, everything was good (but no anymore after Taiwanese take over) 5) EPF rate is good
    The challenges1) Poor top management under Taiwanese direction (micromanage, always change direction, keep focusing on certain profit dept only) 2) Poor HR management 3) Unbalance salary range between different dept (profit centre dept earns more compared to cost centre dept) 4) Bonus and increment timing no longer fixed (depend on top management to release or not) 5) Unclear and non transparent direction from top management and HR.

    Task must complete with perfect and SOP is important to us to follow.
    The good thingsTask job (especially testing) and environment at workplace, staff parking is provide with high secured with security, the canteen nice and clean, also toilet clean even for staff toilet.
    The challengesWhen you have a chance to improve your skill, just show it and make it them know your skill even your teamwork and be punctual. Also no SOP for document.

    The good thingsMy current leader and supervisor are really good. They are encouraging me to work well and during my last day of work there, they give me encouraging words and wish me luck with my studies.

    The good thingsIf you just want to work as a draft man then this is a place for you. Because they want people that can only follow and do what they said.

    The challengeswork here to be good at heart and follow the instructions sometimes raise wages or bonuses alongside the race and join the boss, depending on the boss also if he likes the worker, it just benefits.

    Good environment but bad career enhancement
    The good thingsThe staff is very friendly from top management until executive. The environment is very good not stressful. the staff will not angry at you if you do a mistake but it will teach you to do a correct work.
    The challengesThe annual leave not to many, the increment not really satisfied (depends department), the job scope not well divided ( sometimes you need to do others group job), medical benefit is very low.
