2) Some managers are really helpful (depending on which department/group)
3) Ample of parking lot
4) Few years ago under Japanese management, everything was good (but no anymore after Taiwanese take over)
5) EPF rate is good
The challenges1) Poor top management under Taiwanese direction (micromanage, always change direction, keep focusing on certain profit dept only)
2) Poor HR management
3) Unbalance salary range between different dept (profit centre dept earns more compared to cost centre dept)
4) Bonus and increment timing no longer fixed (depend on top management to release or not)
5) Unclear and non transparent direction from top management and HR.
