It's still a growing company with many areas to improve but needs to get in the right people. There is still a lot of vacant positions to fill in this company in order to achieve its goal towards 20th Anniversary. Allows flexibility to the marketing team in changing promotions on a weekly basis. The MD rewards well for good performance with good incentives.
The challengesThe company does not have the right people handling all the relevant matters. It also does not practise the standard operating procedures in a lot of areas due to ignorance and inexperience. The MD may not always be willing to listen and change and often shifts his direction thus making it quite difficult to sometimes follow. The MD chases for sales almost on a daily basis and this can sometimes work backwards for the retail staffs.
