    First of all, i have a good experience in this hotel. I learn more about kitchen, new menu, new kitchen, new environment.

    The good thingsGreat enviroments, Good vibes are in the air, Great Hospitality by Sheraton and JW Marriot, Great leaders, and Great deal. However the location wise are little bit outskirt from the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. Other than that, everything is awesome and superb.

    The good thingsColleague and work environment is really nice. Really good benefits for workers such as meals, medical and many others. For people seeking workplace with good career development in the future this is the place.
    The challengesThe amount of stress is a bit too much as I can hardly differentiate between work and personal life. There is hardly no work/life balance. Stress is also stems from the poor HR dept as anything regarding staff takes slow responds.
