    Poor Leadership and Unfair Management Practices
    The good thingsSupportive and friendly colleagues.
    The challengesThe management, particularly the manager, exhibits a lack of accountability, ineffective leadership, and unfair treatment. Most concerning, they tend to either micromanage excessively or completely disregard employees' needs.

    Upper management can and will rescind their decision at any given moment.
    The good thingsColleagues were fantastic, very supportive and helpful.
    The challengesSales manager has no clue of what’s going on, neither do they have any proper sales experience. Very minimal “training” provided. Commission is paid after 3 months.

    The challengesYou'll be judged and warned on the first week of employment regardless still under probation. Your offered role is far different from the work you assigned of.
