    The good thingsShimizu Corporation are truely managed and controlled by Japanese top management. Working with International company really helps to gain dynamic knowledge on construction field and managing the projects. Stringent level of control practiced for to give best quality product for the clients. Great teamwork can be found.
    The challengesWorking days are really flexible but yet the salary is very low if compared to current market.

    The good thingsYou will learn to do things right from the beginning. Very proper record and coordination Helpful colleagues and you can ask as well as give opinion to management. Good for quality control learning.

    Can get a lot experience working here but....
    The good thingsParking daily can claim. Commutation also provided. Very good place to learn engineering knowledge and experience. Also manage project wisely.
    The challenges-salary paid especially supervise works during weekend and Public Holiday. -Bonus and increment not good and relevant with work load. -Difficult to achieve career development in this company, need to turn over to get high.

    The good thingsMy colleague always help me to complete my job on times, without their cooperation and kindness I cannot finished it on times. They used to remind me to have my hair cut, because I always worked late and not time for that, I love my colleagues so much.
    The challengesAlways have to complete work with deadline, sometimes at last minutes when receive a Fax message from Japan Head Office, my superior will draft a letter in Japanese, then I have to type it out in Japanese Language and reply to our Japanese Clients, quite challenging for a one year Japanese language student that studied by myself

    The good thingsTeamwork is the best work method to successful, so here I can see the success with teamwork among staff. Here in Shimizu we always go for dinner together. Once in a month project all management team go for dinner together and chit chat and its make good relationship among staff and management. I hope other company also do the same to keep good relation among staff.

    The good thingsHighly discipline, new paradigm for a better; culture, atmosphere, working attitude, urgency, time management, result. always challenges employee to give out over the limit and sets new limit of skill and achievement every time.
