    The good thingsWorked as a part-time production operator, operating and monitoring machinery to ensure smooth workflow while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Collaborated with team members to meet daily production targets, performed quality checks to uphold product standards, and developed strong teamwork, time management, and attention to detail skills.
    The challengesI generally enjoy learning and adapting to different tasks, but I find it challenging when communication within a team is unclear. However, I use this as an opportunity to ask questions, clarify expectations, and help improve team coordination.

    The good thingsThis company possesses various certifications and has significant potential for further growth and improvement. It is a subsidiary of a Japanese company. The company provides ample opportunities for learning as it is very dynamic, aligning with the needs of clients and the prevailing situation. The hierarchy between a manager and an executive is not very distant, as an executive can interact with any manager without any barriers. Most managers are cooperative and share a unified goal of witnessing the company's progress. In terms of benefits, apart from the basic salary, the company also offers vacation and various other allowances depending on the rank. Additionally, there are other benefits such as sick leave, annual leave, and so forth.
    The challengesHowever, there are also managers who are less cooperative and tend to shirk responsibility. While the opportunities for growth here are high, there are clear disparities in terms of benefits provided. The company has yet to adopt a digital system, predominantly relying on hard copies.

Additionally, you'll be pleased to know that most of our managers are not only friendly but also extremely helpful and responsible. Here only 5 working days.
    The challengesHowever, there are also managers who are hands-off and prefer to blame their subordinates. The company politics aren't too bad, but there usually exists some unfairness in opportunities and appraisals. Only certain individuals are given significant advantages. Sometimes appraisals are not conducted based on the employee's job scope, but this might be an isolated case
