    The good thingsAlways work in a team. Involve in any new projects or to solve problems. Can boost communication and management skills. Can learn from other department as well.
    The challengesReducing unnecessary and important cost. Did not own a desktop to do work and reports and relying on other peoples' computer. Repetitive problems are taken to easy and unsolved. Quite low raise in salary. No annual leave for the first year of working.
