Stressful

The good thingsEmployers are good, team is good.

The challengesNo one guides, nor helps if you are a fresh engineer. Production team and management team has a culture of not working together. Boss don't take actions regarding stubborn employers. Your job-scope will be increasing, but salary is never sharp price. Every month salary would not be as promised. HR does not work together into solving it. Boss do not bat an eye on salary, *not my problem*. No bonus, no benefits.
