    The good thingsThe average year of service in this company is longer than the market average. The company does not limit whoever is still productive. If you built up the rapport with the coworkers, you would find they are very helpful.
    The challengesThe operation team does not apply the stock allocation scheme whenever the stocks are in low inventory. It is very challenging for the salesperson to commit the PO to the buyers occasionally.
