Need Career and Learning Enhancement.The good thingsThey hired even OKU people to work there and for me its very good deed. They paid salary in right time and no delay payment. Working hours also not too stressful. I manage to know and operate machine myself in Forming and Waffle department. Foreign workers also share their languages to communicate well with us.
The challengesIt is difficult to improve the productivity and self-motivational as the working environment and people cannot tolerate each other. Each department got issues and hard to communicate well. They keep secret and do not share their knowledge and skill too much for new employee like me even many time I ask them. I just resolve problem using my own skill and cannot enhanced learning or skill there.
