    The good thingsI start my internship here since now I'm a permanent staff in this company. Always give a welcoming atmosphere & guidance to handle the job giving also provide a chance to involve in a few projects, learned a lot of new things such as new programming knowledge and other also gain skill such as communication, discipline, time management for a project and etc. All the colleague is nice and friendly, it was very happy to work here and also make a lot of new friends here.

    NO System NO SOP NO future!
    The good thingsFree snacks, free coffee and clean toilet.
    The challengesSalary 3rd to 7th month. No Payslip need request. Messy or ever changing commission structure. No working sales system. No sales manager. CEOs does all. Many issues with quality of services. Over priced Old app system. Mon开会930am到600pm. Coach call 6pm every Wed & Fri. messy or "cincai" training. namecard 3 weeks to get. All apmts go with Senior. Micro managed reporting.
