    The good thingsThe lead is responsible and always strive for the best. The environment is also nice to work.
    The challengesThe challenge is on the KPI. They do not have a proper Q&A for the measurement of KPI and solely based on customer's opinions and feedback for the KPI without measuring the agent's effort. Not recommended to those who would want to pursue in customer service.

    Sense of belonging
    The good thingsManagement level are very considerate and understanding. Willing to provide solutions or help if we are having difficulties with our job in this company. Very flexible. Working hours which was given as expected and off during weekends and public holiday. It is a fun place to work with as everyone in this company is very friendly and you will feel the sense of belonging.
