    Good benefits but has to overcome other difficulties
    The good thingsBenefits from management Top Notch. Paid on time for salary even got bonus during pandemic, unlimited free snacks & foods, beautiful office and pantry, claimable for dental and eye check.
    The challengeslast minute changes and need to standby every weekend and during PH holiday if something in Front End got problems. Favoritism always in here culture.

    Overall would stay for the work-life balance & high salary, but tasks are mundane and repetitive, with no guidance.

    Nice company to work but as contractual staff, we got lesser salary compared to permanent staff ( less rm800). No increment and no annual bonus. Companies makes profit because of us, working in Business Development but others in permanent position enjoyed the benefit.

    The challengesPoor colleague or management support within the department. Unclear job advancement and structure. Bad COVID-19 work arrangement (knowing that there is a risk of transmission, still request employees to come to office bi-monthly - before MCO 3.0).
