    The challengesnot a breastfeeding-friendly workplace for working mom and there is no nursing rooms or lactation room for a breastfeeding mom. and the salary pay is under market value.

    The good thingsCompany office come with home-a-like concept, people working here is like working at home! The people working around are superb fun! Enjoy and respect. The employer and employee come inline with and they enjoy the collaboration and respect each other in the company! The management always emphasize on work, life balance. OT definitely a no no here! Pre-fixed flexible working hour available for the employees!
    The challengesBig organization and the communication among others need to put a great effort to build up! Nothing much for improvement at the moment because the company is really awesome! The company is growing rapidly, more and more improvement will come when come to review from time to time!

    The good thingsMulti-racial, mostly local. Full of youth spirit. Everyone is down to earth. Friendship that will last forever. Supportive bosses. Work experience that will make you remember forever.
    The challengesMissed the late-boss. Was a nice person. Always encourage and give opportunity for all to excel. The industry the company is in, will be challenging in future and without him, hopefully a new star will be born to take the company to new height.
